       We do accept payments via PayPal. All major credit cards are also accepted through PayPal. Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal account prior to making your purchase.

   3. Returns:

       You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange. Simple & Modern standard returns acceptance period is 7 days. I highly recommend that you check your order as soon as it is            delivered. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by email: Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted           items.

       Please kindly note due to the nature of our items we will not accept returns for change of mind on any items that have been installed or modified.

       In the highly unlikely event that your product is damaged on delivery please contact us by email: We are more than happy to help and solve the problem.

   4. Prices & currencies

       Please note that all Simple & Modern products include VAT. Our prices may change without prior notice at any time. All charges and refunds are in UK Pound Sterling.

   5. Shipping

       Any orders placed by midday (Mon- Fri) will be dispatched same day.

   6. Delivery

      Simple & Modern offers FREE UK delivery on all orders. All items are sent by UPS, DpD, Royal Mail or by Parcelforce; each order is traceable and covered by insurance. It will take between 1-3                      working days (excluding weekends). Next day delivery is available at extra cost of £10 per order. Please note that this option is available for any orders placed by midday between (Mon - Fri). For all           orders placed on Friday morning the delivery day will be Monday. We do offer UK delivery only.

  7. Privacy

      We treat all personal information as confidential. We will never pass on your personal information to a third party.

  8. Guarantee

      All our products are covered with 12 months guarantee. 

  9. Complaints

      If for some reason your light stopped working or you have another problem please write to us at

      Little Lights - for a period of 12 months we will fix it free of charge, the customer covers only the cost of shipping.

      If your Little Light is older then one year and stopped working please write to us at The cost of fixing will be £15 + shipping cost.               

      Fee of £15 must be paid up front by Paypal or by Bank Transfer.
